The Energy Shop allows customers with one of our Smart Meters to buy energy credits using either a credit card, paypal or other means and to transfer them automatically to their meter. The system displays the current meter reading and the remaining credit on the meter

In order to use this store you first need to set up an account using the serial number of your Smart Meter as the account number. Before setting up an account make sure you have your Smart Meter serial number and your mobile number and if you want email alerts a valid email address. If you do not login then no products will be available to purchase.

Alerts

In order to receive text alerts you need to provide a mobile number on your account and if you want email alerts then a valid email needs to be added to your account. Our Alert system will automatically inform you by email when your remaining credit balance falls below 40 units and will send a text message if the remaining credit falls below 20 units.
